Internet/Online Brand/Reputation Management A collection of strategies designed to protect and promote a company’s good reputation, and to mediate damage that occurs because of negative comments and information posted online.
Search Engine Results Page (SERP) when a person conducts a Google search, pages of relevant results are presented; these are called search engine results pages – or SERPs for short.
