- REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF YOUR PERSONALLY INDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION:You can review and change your personal information, including your name, company, address, city, state, zip code, country, primary phone number, secondary phone number, fax number and gender.
You must promptly update your information if it changes.
Upon your request, THE SEARCH GURU will remove your contact information from its databases. Please email your deactivation requests to: email@example.com. THE SEARCH GURU will deactivate this information as soon as reasonably possible in accordance with our deactivation policy and applicable law.
In some circumstances, THE SEARCH GURU will retain in its files information you have requested it to remove to resolve disputes, troubleshoot or enforce the User Agreement. Further, THE SEARCH GURU can never completely remove prior information from its databases due to technical and legal constraints, including stored “back up” systems. Therefore, you should not expect complete removal of all of your personally identifiable information from its databases in response to your requests.
